Located in the Heritage District in downtown Whitby, our garden is
designed with a holistic approach which mimics the biodiversity of a forest.
We have a small orchard of fruit trees: apple, pear, plum and cherry. These
are inter-planted with guilds of perennial herbs and pollinator plants. Board
Members with the help of volunteers, share in the work of planting and
maintaining the garden. The harvest each season is donated to our local
food bank.
